First of all, Julian is not always completely orthodox, particularly in some of her ideas about sin as well as the fact that, as a medieval Catholic, Marianism permeates the book. If you as a reader cannot get beyond these facts, then this book is for you. If, however, you can set these issues aside, you will discover that there is a great deal of blessing in this book. I was challenged and encouraged by reading this, and I heartily recommend it.
